1. Who we are

UCR Registration Online offers an online platform to help motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies file Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) using the published federal fee brackets.

We are a private third-party service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Unified Carrier Registration Plan, FMCSA, USDOT, or any state agency. You may register directly at www.ucr.gov if you prefer to file without using our site.

2. Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate company and contact information.
  • Use the Site only for lawful UCR-related filings and inquiries.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site or payment systems.

3. Orders and checkout

Online checkout is available for standard fleet brackets with a published fee. Fleets in the 1001+ bracket must contact sales for a custom quote and are not charged through the online card form.

Clicking Pay means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and authorize the card charge for the order total.

4. Processing

Processing times are estimates. Final registration depends on complete information and applicable program rules.
